Please note that your booking fee secures your entry ticket to the Waterfall Way VW Bash 2026 only. It does not confirm or reserve a camping spot.

 

How to Book — Step by Step:

  1. Read this first — Make sure you have read all the information on this page before proceeding to fill in the form.

  2. Fill in the booking form — Complete all required fields in the booking form below.

  3. Submit and pay — Submit your form and pay your entry fee. Remember, this secures your entry ticket only — not your camping spot.

  4. Wait for your confirmation email — After booking, keep an eye on your inbox for your confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your junk/spam folder.

  5. Book your camping — Inside your confirmation email you will find a link to book your camping spot. Click the link and follow the instructions to secure your camping for the event.

⚠️ Camping Availability Notice: Once all camping sites have been exhausted, we will notify you here on this page. If you see a notice above advising that camping is full, please be aware that no camping will be available at the time of your booking at the Showgrounds. There are other accommodation option in the local area.
